FEES: If you are paying via Kofi, there is a 10% fee (applies to base price of commission) [$10+ kofi members void from paying the fee]

DEADLINES: If you want your commission finished within a specific timeframe, you must pay a rush fee. (Info in Comms carrd)

MY SCHEDULE: I have dedicated "off days" where I do not work on commissions. You can find that info HERE!

REQUESTS: Upon DM, specify clearly how you want your character drawn. (Pose, expression, outfit, etc). Once work is started, heavy edits will require you to pay a $5-$15 fee for time consumed.

PROCESS: I will sketch ALL commissions in my queue before I begin finishing any. This is to make the workload easier on me. Sometimes I will reorganize comms by fastest to complete to slowest to make things go by smoother! All commissioners will be made aware if this occurs

EDITS: I can make edits to a commission if I missed something (scar, marking, etc)! If I drew your oc wrong, please ask me to fix it! I won't be upset /gen! — Note: I will not completely redo a commission

CREDITING: If uploading my art to a TH profile, please credit my Toyhouse account! If sharing/using as a pfp, please credit to my Instagram (preferably) or the social you engaged with me for the commission (Do not credit my Discord).

OLD ART: If in the case you upload art I made for you 1+ months ago to Toyhouse, please credit my ALT Toyhouse account! Still credit my IG/other socials like usual if using as a pfp/sharing

COMMERCIAL USE: A fee of $20 must be paid if you wish to use my art commercially (stickers, pins, etc). Free art may not be used commercially

COMMUNICATION: All dm interactions are to remain professional at all times. I am not comfortable with small talk. If you have questions about me/my art/your commission I'm happy to give you answers!

REFUNDS (#1):
• If I initiate the refund, you will receive 100% back regardless of work started/done.
• I only initiate refunds if I cannot finish your commission.
• You are permitted to keep/use any sketches/wips received.
• If uploading unfinished art to TH, please credit my ALT Toyhouse

REFUNDS (#2):
• If you request a refund for any reason, you will only be refunded 50% regardless of if work has started or not. ^{_{(Preventive measure/loss protection)}}
• If you request a refund during the lineart stage, you will only be refunded 25%. If you request a refund during the coloring stage, you will only be refunded 15%. I will not refund commissions that are in the shading/finishing touches stage, or completed.
• Requesting a refund for any reason will result in a private blacklist. (not blocked/publicly listed, but you aren't allowed to purchase from me, enter raffles/giveaways, or join any events hosted by me.
• You are NOT permitted to use any sketches/wips if you request a refund. Any unfinished work will be repurposed into one-off YCHS.

REFUNDS (#3):
• If your commission has been 100% finished, I will not refund you at all. Dissatisfaction with the final product is not grounds to request/force a refund.
• If you chargeback, I will publicly & permanently blacklist you, and will revoke your permission to use the art. The piece will be repurposed as a one-off YCH.

REFUSALS/CANCELLATIONS:
• I have the right to refuse and/or cancel your commission at my discretion.
• I do NOT have to give you a reason for cancelling/refusing

PUBLIC BLACKLIST (#1): My public blacklist is accessible to anyone who wishes to view it. Usernames, info, reason for blacklist & proof will be attached to the respective card.

PUBLIC BLACKLIST (#2): Users on my public blacklist are here for more serious reasons. These include, but are not limited to: pedophilia, zoophilia, racist, broke my TOS, ghosted/backed out of a purchase, etc.

PRIVATE BLACKLIST (#1): My private blacklist is only for my viewing. I will not give out names, this list is for more personal reasons & have no need to be public.

PRIVATE BLACKLIST (#2): Users on my private blacklist are here for minor/personal reasons. These include, but are not limited to: ex-friends, requested refund on a commission, blocked me and/or blocked by me, etc.

OWNING: You MUST have a Toyhouse to own my designs

CO-OWNS: Co-own at your own risk. I am not responsible & cannot help with any scams/issues within co-owns. There must only be 1 profile of my designs at a time

EDITS/REDESIGNS: Feel free to edit/redesign my adopts as you please! (Please only do major edits on your art & keep OG in gallery!) Keep me as OG designer, you may credit yourself for the edits/redesign

DELETING/REUPLOADING DESIGNS: If my designs are deleted from TH for any reason, to get my designer approval you must DM me with proof you own the design. All reuploaded designs MUST be credited to @Skittlez*

COMMERCIAL USE: At this time, I do not require a fee to use my designs commercially. You can make & sell stickers, pins, etc! HOWEVER, If you are using MY art for said stickers, pins, etc, you MUST pay a commercial use fee to do so!

INSPO/COLORPICKING: I allow inspo/colorpicking of my designs! If it inspires you, feel free to create your own! Please make sure you make a unique design & not a carbon copy!

Holds are available 1-2 weeks max for adopts $50+ (everyone)

Holds available for 1 month max for adopts any price (Kofi members)

You must specify a specific date you will be able to pay

You must pay for the adopt in full on the date given

Failing to pay. backing out or ghosting will result in a blacklist regardless of your reasoning

Plans are available 1-2 months max for adopts $100+

Plans require an immediate, nonrefundable down payment of $50

If you ghost/back out/cancel the plan, any money spent towards the adopt will not be refunded, you will be blacklisted, & the adopt will be put back up for auction

Details such as due dates for payments & amount paid per due date are discussable in DMs

OWNING: You MUST have a Toyhouse to own my designs

REFERENCING OCS: I will not reference other people's ocs/designs for a custom UNLESS you received explicit permission from the designer and/or owner of said oc (must provide proof)

MOODBOARDS/PALETTES: I can work with both! I just need a description of what you'd like me to do with the colors! (base color, marking color, etc)

EDITS: During the concept stage, you have a chance to request any edits you wish. If edits are requested AFTER the concept is approved, a fee of $5-$20 will be required for edits to be made.

REDOS: You have 1 free complete redo. Redos requested afterwards require a $20 fee each. The rejected concept will be used as a future adopt.

MY OFFER: The maximum amount of art I will offer is 1-5 pieces depending on the character & what you want. You may only ask for ONE large piece per owed offer (reference sheets are large pieces)

DEADLINE: You have 1 month maximum to complete owed UNLESS discussed with me beforehand. If you ask for more time I'm willing to provide so long as you communicate well.

UPDATES: I expect an update once every 1-3 weeks regardless on if you've begun or not. Failure to communicate/keep me updated will result in me cancelling the trade/owed & moving on even if you have begun/completed part of the owed.

TRANSFERS: The character will NOT be transferred to you until you have completed all owed art + sent anything else you owe me (usd, ocs, etc)

MIXED OFFERS: If you owe me USD + art, you are able to choose which to send first. If USD, please keep in mind I WILL NOT REFUND YOU in the case you fail to complete your side of the trade. Chargebacks will result in a public permanent blacklist.

COMPLETION: All art must be sent to me unaltered. (eg. heavy watermarking, cropping, sizing down to ruin quality, etc). You must send your owed to me in HQ for me to accept it.

TRADITONAL ART: Unfortunately, I do not accept traditional art. Please do not offer traditional art to me
